Thuốc Casilas (Tadalafil) được sử dụng để điều trị các vấn đề về chức năng tình dục của nam (bất lực hoặc rối loạn cương dương-ED).
Casilas hoạt động bằng cách tăng lưu lượng máu tới dương vật để hỗ trợ người đàn ông có được và duy trì sự cương cứng.
Casilas cũng được dùng để trị những triệu chứng của tuyến tiền liệt phì đại (tăng sản lành tính tuyến tiền liệt-BPH).
Casilas hỗ trợ làm giảm các dấu hiệu của BPH như khó bắt đầu dòng chảy của nước tiểu, dòng chảy yếu và nhu cầu đi tiểu thường xuyên hoặc khẩn cấp (kể cả khi nửa đêm). Tadalafil được cho là có tác dụng làm giãn cơ trơn ở tuyến tiền liệt và bàng quang.

Thuốc Casilas có tác dụng gì? Tác dụng thuốc Casilas
Dương vật cương cứng trong quá trình kích thích tình dục đạt được nhờ sự thư giãn của các động mạch dương vật cũng như cơ trơn thể hang, gây nên tăng lưu lượng máu tới bộ phận này. Đáp ứng này được thực hiện thông qua trung gian giải phóng oxit nitric (NO) từ những đầu tận cùng thần kinh cũng như tế bào nội mô, kích thích tổng hợp cGMP trong tế bào cơ trơn. GMP tuần hoàn gây nên giãn cơ trơn cũng như tăng lưu lượng máu vào thể hang, và bị phân hủy bởi phosphodiesterase đặc hiệu cGMP loại 5 (PDE5) trong thể hang nằm xung quanh dương vật.
Tadalafil ức chế PDE5 và do đó tăng cường chức năng cương dương bằng cách tăng lượng cGMP có sẵn.
Thuốc Casilas chữa trị bệnh gì?
Thuốc Casilas (Tadalafil 20mg) được chỉ định để trị bệnh rối loạn cương dương.
Chống chỉ định
– Không dùng đồng thời với bất kỳ hợp chất nitrat hữu cơ nào.
– Tăng cảm: Không dùng thuốc này cho những người bị bệnh tăng cảm với tadalafil hoặc bất kỳ thành phần nào của thuốc.
Tác dụng phụ
- Nhức đầu;
- Rối loạn tiêu hóa;
- Đau lưng;
- Đau cơ;
- Xung huyết mũi;
- Đỏ bừng mặt,
- Đau tay chân;
- Đau thắt ngực;
- Hạ huyết áp;
- Nhồi máu cơ tim, tim đập nhanh, đánh trống ngực.
Thông báo cho thầy thuốc những tác dụng không mong muốn gặp phải khi dùng thuốc.
Liều sử dụng, cách sử dụng thuốc Casilas
Liều dùng
Khởi đầu: thông thường là 10mg, uống trước lúc sinh hoạt tình dục.
Liều dùng có thể tăng lên 20mg hoặc giảm xuống 5mg dựa vào sự dung nạp và hiệu quả của thuốc đối với từng cá nhân.
Liều dùng tối đa là 1 lần/ ngày.
Lưu ý
Tadalafil có hiệu quả đến 36 giờ sau khi uống thuốc. Bởi vậy nên cân nhắc để dùng liều phù hợp.
Liều sử dụng trên đối tượng đặc biệt
Suy thận: Không cần thiết điều chỉnh liều sử dụng ở người bệnh suy thận nhẹ. Người bệnh suy thận trung bình nên bắt đầu sử dụng ở liều 5mg, liều tối đa là 10mg mỗi 48 giờ. Người bệnh suy thận nặng, liều sử dụng tối đa là 5mg.
Suy gan: người bệnh suy gan nhẹ và trung bình, không nên sử dụng quá 10mg/ ngày. Người bệnh suy gan nặng, không nên dùng thuốc này.
Thuốc Casilas có tốt không?
Thuốc Casilas là một giải pháp chữa trị rối loạn cương dương rất hữu ích. Casilas được rất nhiều bác sĩ khuyên sử dụng bởi công dụng giãn mạch thể hang vượt trội hơn so với một số thuốc cùng nhóm, hỗ trợ điều chỉnh sự cương cứng của dương vật dễ dàng hơn cũng như sự tác động vào các đầu dây thần kinh sẽ tạo cảm giác “yêu” nồng nàn cho người dùng khi chuẩn mắc quan hệ.
song song, thuốc Casilas còn hỗ trợ giãn mạch phổi nên hỗ trợ hạ huyết áp động mạch phổi cho các người có bệnh tăng huyết áp động mạch phổi, tăng khả năng gắng sức của các người bị bệnh này cũng như hạn chế hiện tượng suy tim phải do tăng huyết áp động mạch phổi kéo dài.
